RotoAgent™ ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and related services.

By using RotoAgent™, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Yahoo Fantasy Sports Data

When you connect your Yahoo account, we access the following information through Yahoo's OAuth 2.0 authentication:

  • Your Yahoo user ID (GUID)
  • Your fantasy baseball league information
  • Your team rosters and player data
  • League standings and scoring settings
  • Draft information (if participating in a draft)

We do NOT store your Yahoo password. Authentication is handled entirely through Yahoo's secure OAuth system.

2.2 Usage Data

We collect information about how you use the Service:

  • Number of AI optimization requests made
  • Features accessed within the app
  • App performance and error data

2.3 Subscription Data

If you subscribe to RotoAgent™ Pro, we store your subscription status. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment card information.

3. How We Use Your Information

3.1 AI-Powered Recommendations

We use your fantasy sports data to provide AI-powered lineup recommendations. Your roster data is sent to our AI service (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to generate personalized optimization suggestions.

When processing your data through our AI system:

  • Your data is processed in real-time and is not stored by the AI provider
  • We send only the minimum data necessary to generate recommendations
  • Your Yahoo credentials are never shared with third parties

3.2 Service Improvement

We use aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve the Service, identify bugs, and develop new features.

4. Data Storage and Security

4.1 What We Store

  • Your Yahoo GUID (unique identifier)
  • OAuth access and refresh tokens (encrypted)
  • Subscription status
  • AI usage counts for free tier management
  • Shared lineup links you create

4.2 What We Do NOT Store

  • Your Yahoo password
  • Historical roster or lineup data
  • Payment information (handled by Apple)

4.3 Security Measures

  • All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption
  • OAuth tokens are stored encrypted at rest
  • We use secure cloud infrastructure (Vercel, Neon PostgreSQL)

5. Data Retention

  • OAuth tokens: Until you disconnect your Yahoo account or tokens expire
  • Usage data: Rolling weekly counts, reset each Monday
  • Shared lineup links: 30 days after creation
  • Subscription data: Until you delete your account

To delete your account and data: Open RotoAgent™ → Settings → Delete Account. Or email support@vance.digital.

7.3 Right to Opt-Out (CCPA)

We do not sell your personal information. California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected and request its deletion.

RotoAgent™ is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
