Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using RotoAgent™ ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

RotoAgent™ is operated by Vance Digital LLC ("we," "our," or "us").

2. Description of Service

RotoAgent™ is a fantasy baseball lineup optimization tool that provides AI-powered recommendations for Yahoo Fantasy Baseball leagues:

  • Connects to your Yahoo Fantasy Sports account via OAuth
  • Analyzes your roster and league settings
  • Provides AI-generated lineup recommendations
  • Offers draft assistance and mock draft simulations
  • Enables sharing lineup recommendations via links

Important: RotoAgent™ provides recommendations only. All lineup decisions are made by you through Yahoo Fantasy Sports. We do not guarantee any specific fantasy sports outcomes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use RotoAgent™. By using the App, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Yahoo Account Integration

4.1 Authorization

To use RotoAgent™, you must authorize the App to access your Yahoo Fantasy Sports data. Your use of Yahoo data is also subject to Yahoo's Terms of Service.

4.2 Yahoo API Limitations

Our access to Yahoo data is subject to Yahoo's API policies. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. If Yahoo changes or terminates API access, certain features may become unavailable.

5. Subscription and Pricing

5.1 Free Tier

  • 3 RotoGPT calls per week
  • Up to 5 additional calls earned by sharing lineup links
  • Full access to mock draft simulator

Free tier limits reset every Monday at 12:00 AM UTC.

5.2 Pro Subscription

  • Pro Monthly: $4.99 per month (auto-renewing)
  • Pro Annual: $24.99 per year (auto-renewing)

5.3 Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe (web), Apple's App Store (iOS), or Google Play (Android). Your payment method will be charged at confirmation of purchase.

5.4 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Manage subscriptions in your Account page (web), Apple ID account settings (iOS), or Google Play (Android).

5.5 Refunds

For App Store purchases, refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For web (Stripe) purchases, contact support@vance.digital.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Circumvent usage limits or subscription requirements
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App
  • Share your account or subscription with others
  • Resell or commercially exploit the App
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

7. AI Recommendations Disclaimer

RotoAgent™ uses AI (Claude by Anthropic) to generate recommendations. You acknowledge:

  • AI recommendations are not guaranteed - They may not result in favorable fantasy outcomes
  • You make all final decisions - RotoAgent™ does not make roster moves on your behalf
  • Results vary - Past performance does not guarantee future results
  • Not financial advice - If you participate in paid fantasy leagues, you assume all risk

8. Intellectual Property

RotoAgent™, including its design, features, and code, is owned by Vance Digital LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part without written permission.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We do not warrant that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • Any errors will be corrected
  • AI recommendations will be accurate or beneficial

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VANCE DIGITAL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING:

  • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
  • Fantasy sports losses or poor performance
  • Service interruptions

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may stop using the App at any time. To delete your account: Settings → Delete Account.

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
